Step Care ™ is a unique treatment method providing a personal course of treatment customised to individual employees experiencing physical or psychological problems. Step Care™ combines the treatment provided under the health package and the health insurance with the treatment offered to an employee on long-term absence due to illness.
An expert will assist the employee, and the course of treatment will be adjusted on an ongoing basis. This way, we can intensify the treatment gradually if necessary – depending on the employee’s individual needs.
