Consult a psychologist when it suits you

When you book an appointment, you will be contacted by a psychologist at the requested time. The psychologist’s lines are open all weekdays between 9am and 9pm. You can consult the psychologist as often as you like – without reporting a claim to us first.

It covers everyone in your family

You, your partner and your children under the age of 24 can all consult a psychologist when you need to. However, special terms apply to your cohabitant and your partner’s children.

  You and the following family members
  can consult a psychologist:

  • your spouse/registered partner
  • your cohabitant with whom you have lived in a conjugal relationship at a shared address the last two years before he/she wants to use the health package
  • your biological or adopted children aged 0–24
  • your spouse’s/registered partner’s biological or adopted children aged 0-24. To be covered, the child must live at the same address as you at the time when the child needs to use the health package
  • your cohabitant’s biological or adopted children aged 0-24. To be covered, the child must live at the same address as you at the time when the child needs to use the health package. An additional requirement is that you and your cohabitant have been living together in a conjugal relationship and at a shared address for the last two years before the child needs to use the health package.

  In order to be considered to share the same address, you must both be registered at the same official address. For children, the shared address is not considered to have ceased if a child temporarily lives in another home if such stay forms part of the child’s education – for example a stay at a continuation school (efterskole).
