Health Package

For your spouse, your partner or your child to consult a doctor, a psychologist or a dietician, you need to register your family. You do so by logging on to Netpension or Mobilpension and then clicking ‘Go directly to Teladoc’. If it is your first visit to the page, you need to complete the registration of you and your family, if relevant. If you are already registered, you can add users under ‘My family’.
You can then book an appointment on your family member’s behalf or ask them to call Teladoc on +45 80 83 02 52.
For children under the age of 18, any booking or video consultation takes place via the user in whose name the Health Package was established.
Please note that partners or children aged 18 or over can only make use of telephone consultations.
