We will send an e-mail to your employees to welcome them to Danica Pension. They will also receive a letter in their e-Boks or by regular mail in the autumn of 2018, which describes what is going to happen with their pension scheme. Also, we will send them more information whenever relevant.

How will those of my employees who have health insurance be covered going forward?
Your employees’ health insurance will continue unchanged and will still be handled by the external provider. If your employees need to use their health insurance, they should therefore contact the external provider as always.
What online tools and digital platforms will be available to my employees in future?
Your employees should still use the same online tools as they are used to. Later on, your employees will get access to more digital platforms at Danica Pension, such as the Mobilpension app, Danica PensionsTjek and netpension, which they find at danicapension.dk. Your employees will get more information when it is relevant to them.
In what way will the relationship with SEB Bank - of which my company is a customer - be affected?

In what way will our current company pension agreement be affected - will we need to enter into a new agreement?
No, you need not enter into a new company pension agreement. Your company pension agreement will be transferred to Danica Pension’s IT systems, and we will notify you if any changes are made to your company pension agreement.
We are a broker-served customer. Will the way we are currently being served change?
No, you and your employees will not experience any changes in the way you are currently being served. Danica Pension cooperates with the same brokers, and you and your employees will be served as you are used to.
