You are writing to my employees and me – what is the occasion?

We are writing to your employees and you because we are now ready to take the next step on the journey towards a joint Danica Pension. From 1 January 2019 we are transferring the administration of your pension schemes to Danica Pension. The transfer will happen automatically, and your employees will not have to do anything. It will result in few changes to your pension schemes, however, and we want to inform you of these.
  • What systems will administrators of the company’s pension schemes use going forward?

What systems will administrators of the company’s pension schemes use going forward?

For the time being, you will continue as before – i.e. you will use the same systems as you use today. When the company pension agreement and the pension schemes of individual employees are migrated to Danica Pension's IT systems, we will contact you to introduce Danica Pension’s self-service solution for companies, Netpension Firma.
  • Will insurance covers and conditions change when the administration is transferred to Danica Pension?

Will insurance covers and conditions change when the administration is transferred to Danica Pension?

Your employees will keep their insurance covers when the administration is transferred. There will be no changes to insurance covers, benefits or insurance conditions.
This also applies to employees who have reported a claim or are receiving insurance benefits.
New employees joining the company pension agreement after 1 January 2019 will be subject to Danica Pension’s latest insurance conditions. Agreements will be worded differently than the transferred agreements of employees hired before 1 January 2019, but the substantive differences are very minor.

As from 1 January 2019, new employees will no longer have the option of saving up for their pension with Tidspension. Naturally, we will ensure that your employees are advised of new options.

Traditionel will continue unchanged, and employees who have Traditionel as their pension product will continue to do so – and their savings will continue to accrue interest annually at the interest rate on policyholders’ savings. The rules on interest rate groups will not be changed.
  • What will happen to the savings product Link?

What will happen to the savings product Link?

Link will be continued, and employees who previously saved up for their pension with Link will in future have Danica Link with Danica Pension. The investment composition will be the same, but the investment conditions will be changed. You can see the new investment conditions here (in Danish)
