Consult a coach when it suits you
When you book an appointment, you will be contacted by a coach at the requested time. You can consult a coach all weekdays between 9am and 9pm. You can freely contact a coach and you do not have to report a claim to us first.

The coach is always at hand. You and your family can easily consult a coach via telephone or video consultation – wherever you are. You can discuss any worries – big or small.
Coaching is available to everyone in your family
Coaching is available to you, your partner and your children up to the age of 24. A coaching session may involve one or both parents.
However, special terms apply to your partner and your partner’s children.

You and the following family members can consult a coach:
- your spouse/registered partner
- your cohabitant with whom you have lived in a conjugal relationship and at a shared address for the last two years before he/she wants to use the Danica Health Package
- your biological or adopted children aged 0–24
- your spouse’s/registered partner’s biological or adopted children aged 0–24. To be covered, the child must live at the same address as you at the time when the child needs to use the Danica Health Package
- your cohabitant’s biological or adopted children aged 0–24. To be covered, the child must live at the same address as you at the time when the child needs to use the Danica Health Package. An additional requirement is that you and your cohabitant have been living together in a conjugal relationship and at a shared address for the last two years before the child needs to use the Danica Health Package.
In order to be considered to share the same address, both must be registered at the same official address. For children, the shared address is not considered to have ceased if the child temporarily lives in another dwelling if such stay forms part of the child’s education – for example a stay at a continuation school (efterskole).
