On group life insurance policies managed by Forenede Gruppeliv

As part of our customers’ pension schemes, we set up group life insurance policies with Danica Pension, which are managed by Administrationsaktieselskabet Forenede Gruppeliv (FG). We co-own:

• Administrationsaktieselskabet Forenede Gruppeliv, Krumtappen 4, P.O. Box 442, 2500 Valby, Denmark (CVR no. 64015028)

with three other life insurance companies: 

• Norli Liv og Pension Livsforsikring A/S, Midtermolen 1, 2100 Copenhagen Ø, Denmark (CVR no. 64145711),
• Sampension Livsforsikring A/S, Tuborg Havnevej 14, 2900 Hellerup, Denmark (CVR no. 55834911), and 
• Velliv, Pension & Livsforsikring A/S, Lautrupvang 10, 2750 Ballerup, Denmark (CVR no. 24260577).

We and these three other companies each own equal shares of Forenede Gruppeliv – and we are thus jointly and severally liable for the group life insurance policies managed by Forenede Gruppeliv. Accordingly, the other companies are also liable for the group life insurance policies managed by Forenede Gruppeliv on behalf of Danica Pension.
