When you report a claim online, you will receive a receipt on your screen containing information about your next steps. We will also send you an email confirming receipt of your claim.
If you are unsure if we have received your claim, you can check it by logging on to Netpension and looking under ‘Sign’. We have received your claim if it is listed under ‘Signed agreements’.

If we have approved treatment via FysioDanmark, you will receive an email and text message with a booking link right away. Click the link in order to complete the notification of your claim.
If we have approved treatment via AS3 Work&Care, AS3 will call you the following business day between 9.00am and 12.00 noon. You will receive an approval letter in e-Boks within one to three business days or by mail if you did not download the letter from the receipt after you finished the claim online.
If we have approved examination by a specialist/at a private hospital, you will most often receive an email with a link to the online booking system Sundhedspartneren. Click the link in the email and log on to Sundhedspartneren with MitID in order to complete the notification of your claim and book an appointment at one of the private hospitals listed on the screen. If the available times do not suit you and you do not book an appointment yourself, the private hospital will contact you within two weekdays.

If you have requested other types of treatment/examination than those mentioned above, you will receive the reply by letter in your e-Boks within one to three business days or by mail.
